Our 30-day promise

You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. We believe in our formulas, so even opened products are covered by our satisfaction guarantee, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, with proof of purchase.
• For hygiene and safety, heavily used or unsealed products may be assessed on a case-by-case basis; we reserve the right to limit repeat or clearly excessive returns.
• Sale or promotional items may be non-refundable where stated at purchase.

How to start a return

Email care@cambia.com or use our contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with simple instructions and, where applicable, a return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we issue your refund to the original payment method within [5-10] business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Prefer a different product? Let us know and we will help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within [14] days and we will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

These terms are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal under applicable EU/UK law.
